We can help and guide you with accommodation ahead of your trip. We can arrange to pick you up and drop you off at the airport (for a small fee – [refunded if you reserve a property at the end of your trip]).
Once you are in Spain – we are ready to find your dream property!
Should you find a property that you would like to purchase during your inspection trip, the first step is to put down a reservation fee (deposit). This will take the property off the market.
After this, we will take you to meet the solicitors who will start the paperwork straight away. They will arrange for the application of your NIE (this would be your Spanish ID, and it’s needed to purchase a property in Spain). Your solicitor will also advise you to issue a power of attorney, so you don’t have to come back to Spain to complete paperwork. They will also prepare your purchase contract and go over the payment plan scheduled during the building of your property.
The solicitor will go to the notary to complete the purchase and sign the deeds on your behalf (if you cannot attend) and will collect the keys to your new home ready for your collection!
We offer key holding service and property maintenance, so if you just bought a holiday home in Spain, we are more than happy to keep the keys and look after your home while you are away
